Hotel Santika Premiere Slipi Jakarta

The suite i stayed in was lousy. The linens on the bed was dirty, for which i asked for immediate change. The air-conditioner in the sitting room was so noisy that I could not hear your own voice, the mechanics came and yet could not fix it. The wardrobe could not close tightly and with no light inside, i could not see my clothing hanged there without turning on the torch on my hand phone. Some lights could not be turned on and a promise to change to another room by the manager did not realize. I decided to move to an international 5-star hotel after the conference i attended in the hotel came to a close, though it meant losing two nights' accommodation i already paid for and was not allowed to be refunded.

The club package was not. What was expected Usually pay for this added benefit didn't. Seem to be these were not provided

I like that the rooms are spacious and well maintained. Breakfast is good. Coffee is good! Staff were nice. Free afternoon tea.

It’s located not so far from the air port, and easy to get toll road to avoid traffic jam. The food was so nice!
