The room was very very dirty. The bed was hard, the bathroom was horrible

Poor facilities right from front door to room ambience

AC is making lot of noise lost sleep . Front door is not working during winter had a worst experience in opening door . Bathroom is not clean and no bath soap and tooth paste

Absolutely NOTHING!

I arrived at this location, only to find it dark and dirty in the lobby and thoughout. I figured that I would check the room out, only to find it was filthy with dead roaches. I never unpacked and went straight to the front desk to hand over the keys. I told them I would never stay at a place like this ever. As I was leaving, I saw four people who lived there arguing and ready to fight.

The room was poorly maintained, with a noticeable bad smell, a rusted microwave, and a loose toilet. I use to stay in other extended stay America and there was no disappointment in these 10+ years like now

Not worth mentioning

First of all when we checked in, we were given a room with a broken lock. The room was not secure the desk clerk knew about it and told us just to jiggle the handle until we insisted on a new room next, the entryway and elevators were filthy the rugs needed changed. The halls were not exactly clean. Everything was out of date and damaged. Minimal things left in your room not even a coffee cup it’s supposed to be extended stay and there’s nothing there to use. I would give it a minus on everything and tell people not to go there when we arrived. The parking lot was being resurfaced so you had to park a long distance away and drag your stuff. We are older people, which was not a very desirable thing then Carrie our love age of a flight of steps to get an elevator, the whole experience was horrible.

I like that fact you can walk-in and be provided a room. I travel sometimes last minute lodging is needed. And staff Amber and Christy are always nice and accommodating. Because i frequent this place I have become a familiar face. They treat me with kindness and respect every time and try there best to make sure I’m taken care of.

The cleanliness of the building is okay almost decent. So I think the price is a little too high. The bed and pillows should be updated. The beds are somewhat hard and the pillows need replacing. The cleanliness of the room could be better. It’s tolerable.

Amber was nice to me the whole time I was here I appreciate her I feel that y'all should give her a raise because she actually do her job I hope you have more people like her

Excellent customer service provided by Michael (GM) and Amber (Front Desk)! Both helped us after experiencing a medical emergency.

The facility was a bit dated and the entrance Way door was in need of repair
