The property was nice but the staff wasn’t.

The staff members and the fact that it is a pet friendly hotel but the staff members don’t explain that the pet couldn’t stay in the hotel room without supervision even in kennel. And it wasn’t known to me and my fiancé that we would have to pay an addition 100 dollar deposit…. still haven’t gotten my 100 dollars back. As well the furniture was not up to date. It was very worn and looked old. And the water in the shower didn’t get hot it was very cold even when ran for a long time.

A localização é um pouco longe do centro e da casa do Elvis. Mas como tínhamos carro , tudo certo.

Staff is very polite. Rooms were clean.

The shower didn't have body soap or shampoo in the containers.

This is a really odd hotel. The building is aging - creaky elevator and a fitness room that is out of order (I overheard another guest say the fitness room was out of order the last time they were there). Breakfast is included, but is pretty basic. My room furnishings were very worn - except for the new and comfortable bed. A very large bathroom, with a leaky toilet. My door handle was the only one in the building where you pull up to open the door (not the normal down). And then there was the very worn gamer chair with the desk. Oh yes - very thin walls - I could hear the TV in the room next door pretty clearly. The staff was friendly. You could spend an ok night here, but I will not stay there again.
