The staff was amazing! Room was very clean! Our water was hot the first night, then the next 2 days it was freezing cold, making it unbearable to take a shower. Then when we went to use the hairdryer, it wasn't working. Told the front desk staff about the complaint, the maintenance guy went and reset the hot water heater. Even after that it was warm, but not hot. The front desk staff provided me with a hairdryer. She was exceptionally pleasant. Even offered for us to move to another room. When I told her we were having to leave for work, she assured me she'd leave a message for the manager. And I watched as she left him a note. I have yet to receive a call from the manager.

No hot showers. Broken hairdryer No return call or concern from manager

Bathroom door didn't close right. No eggs (empty tray) at 7:30 breakfast visit. O employees around to monitor food levels.

"It was close to my event! Wouldn’t stay again!"

Staff were friendly.

Property was mediocre, room keys constantly needed to be reissued. Room had broken windows. Intermittent hot water. TV remotes don’t work! Nobody was monitoring breakfast to replace items until asked.
