I had a bed for the night to sleep, thank god we only had to stay one night

Our room door would not open or close easily, at all. If you closed it would have awoken everyone in the building. Definitely could have been a fire trap.

The room was really clean and nice

The carpets are EXTREMELY dirty they need to be washed. There is no elevator. The staff does not clean up your room and you have to go find them if you need towels or anything of that sort.

Shane was great

No hot water moldy room we were told we were getting another room never did and no hot water our entire stay we could not book anything else due to holiday we booked way in advance. Told we would get a refund I have seen nothing yet
