Wow, what a great place. The Richmond Hotel is in the mall, car parking is included, what is not to like! The room was large with a separate sitting area, a roomy bathroom with great products. Happy helpful staff. Thank you

The location is ideal for a CBD based trip, with free parking very close by. After hours check in was great. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Room was nice and quiet.

The bathroom is showing its age, but can see it is regularly maintained and upgraded.

The location is perfect, right smack in the middle of Rundle Mall. There are a lot of shopping, entertainment and F&B outlet. After hours, we have to use a code to access the door. There are no 24 hours receptionist which is fine with us as well.

The hotel is old and so is the room and bathroom. The corridor is old and musty. There are no view from the room, windows facing another building. But everything are in good working condition so we don't mind as we only need a place to sleep and bath.
