Quality Inn Columbia City near US-30

The room was nice and the staff was friendly.

Staff was incredibly kind and friendly, but the room was absolutely disgusting. The inside of the door joining my room to the next room was covered in green mold, the sheets were stained with what appeared to be blood, and some had cigarette burns. The Mini Fridge had broken controls. The Dresser was damaged in such a way that the drawers could not be closed. The pool was closed, and the breakfast options were not replenished each morning, and ended up so depleted, there were some days I did not even eat breakfast.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The coffee was not always available. The breakfast area was not kept stocked.

The towels had brown stains all over them. The bedding has burn holes from cigarettes. The drawers were broken and taped shut.

Overall was fine, was disappointed that the pool has been closed basically all year though.

Honestly, I’m in Louisville, Kentucky. I’m Asking For Full Refund.

Now called Blisspoint Inn, this hotel is going through a major upgrade. My room had new floors, toilet shower/tub, mattress, sink, etc. It was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was located extremely close ...a couple blocks over and 1 block up ..from all sorts of restaurants, shopping, etc The woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. On top of all this ...the price was the lowest I have paid all Summer while on the road for work!

It states breakfast daily on website but they only serve it on the weekends
