Quality Inn Columbia City near US-30

Good place to stay.

Enjoyed my stay, it was very affordable. Did not like the smell of the place, but other than that no issues with my stay.

Clean and affordable place to stay. Got a hot tub room and it was very clean. Will stay again

The place was not a luxury stay but it seemed clean and the fellow on duty was very nice and welcoming so I felt safe being there as I was traveling alone. And really thats the most important factor to me.

Choice Hotels Inc should be ashamed to identify with this property. Check-in was polite and courteous. It went downhill from there. The property looks like it has been abandoned. Several of the access doors were not locked and look like they were vandalized trying to gain entry. The hallways are dimly lit and kind of creepy. Most of the "Employees Only" doors were unlocked and partially open. My room smelled of cigarette smoke. The furniture was old and very worn. Television was unwatchable due to picture being so dark with no way to adjust it. HVAC was extremely dirty, and I would be willing to bet that the filter has never been cleaned. I was afraid to check. Bathroom shower was rusty and caked with calcium scale. Tattered drapes falling off of rods and windows fogged over with smoky sludge. Surprisingly, the bed was comfortable, and the bed linens were clean (unlike the towels). Several people partying outside late into the night and left several cases of empty beer cans and pizza boxes right outside of one of non-secured access doors. Definitely did not feel safe at this property.

We called this property three times and was told twice no deposit and once a 50 dollar deposit. I made a non refundable reservation and upon arrival was told a 50 dollar deposit and a 7 day return rate on refund. We left the room very tidy and didnt leave any mess for them however they refuse to give me my deposit back my bank said they released it and then took it hack twice!!! They turn 9ff the phone lines so uou can not reach them. They officially have 3 days to return my deposit 9r my bank says they will issue aj investigation and go after them because it looks fishy the way they did my deposit. I hope they see this this could have been avoided. The lady at the front desk was rude my friend was laughing at something that had occured as we walked in to check in and he was cracking up and she looked at us and said is he ok very rudly like what the heck....lighten up lady....anyways im gonna need you to return my deposit asap or it will result in having to pay possible three times that to my bank for fraud.

There is a big fly in our room. The bed is dirty. Vegan breakfast

It's a lower priced hotel, so for the price not bad, but you're getting what you're paying for. Old rooms, Old building. Lady at front desk was very respectable and spoke English (Columbia City) but no one else did. Pool at entrance appeared very nice. Was a huge yellow stain on sheets that I did not notice until the next morning.....yuck!
