Quality Inn Decatur near US-224

You get what youvpay for but here theres just no competition. Shouldnt be 110 a night. More like 85 woukd be far more fair. Comfortable beds, very limited breakfast

Clean room comfortable bed.

First floor was very busy and loud, but was able to get moved to quite room.

Room was fine, clean and well provisioned. Location was good with restaurants near bye.

Little room service after one night stay, breakfast was less than adequate with only easy to fix sweets.

Room was neat and clean, close to the outside door. Perfect for our 1 night stay

The hotel charged us twice for the same dirty room. Then, said they would reverse the charges and charged us for the room again. We checked out of the motel. After one month , our bank reimbursed us for the 3 charges. Don't use booking.com ot stay at Quality Inn..

No hooks in bathroom for towels and clothes. I could hear everything going on next door

The place was clean.

I slipped in the bathtub. This was easy to do as the bathtub was very slick. The "whirlpool" in our room was very, very slick. I think they oversoften the water which, I think led to the bathtub being slick. We had to put towels in the tub and whirlpool to have enough traction The breakfast was OK. I expected more from a Quality Inn. They need to take care of the slippery tub issues to avoid future legal problems.

This hotel has gone so down hill from the days when it was the Amerihost Inn. We have family in Indiana and have been staying at this hotel, since the late 90’s every time we visit but this is the last. My wife and I have five kids so we have to always get two rooms. On this visit we were put in a room that had a horrible smell to it, almost like a sewer smell. There were stains on the ceiling like from a water leak from room above. I went to the desk clerk and told him the issues. He says those are just stains and couldn’t smell anything. I ask for another room and he says hotel is full. So now I have to stay the night in the horrible smelling room and we are kind of stuck here, so I say never again. 2 rooms 2 nights and I’m out $600 for a horrible place to stay!!!! Check out the pictures! It use to be a much better place. At this point I want to give it -5
