"Poor service"

It was quiet.

Our sheets did not get changed. They did not give us fresh towels for the whirlpool tub. Remote control for tv did not work.

Appreciated that breakfast was from 6-10. There was decent variety. We stayed in a king jacuzzi room. The room was large. The jacuzzi was nice. The area was safe.

Very disappointed that there was no shampoo or conditioner. What hotel doesn't have basic amenities that include shampoo and conditioner?
