Did not have the breakfast.

Property is tired room not clean and shampoo bottle empty

Very friendly staff

All the wash towels I received looked very dirty. They were blackish grayish. Need to buy new towels

It was the best place to stay in Decatur Indiana the pool was warm and clean and the staff was nice and professional and very polite. The Continental breakfast was very filling and a lot to choose from.

My only one complaint is that there wasn't anything hot for breakfast, such as eggs, bacon, or sausage. (Protein) We did, however, find a wonderful breakfast spot nearby. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Good area of town. Easy to find and many eating places.

I arrived early afternoon to check in. I order 2 rooms with 2 queens each, there were 4 of us. We returned to the hotel late at night to find out that there was no elevator and we would have to haul everything upstairs at 1 am in the morning. When we got up there we then realize we were give 2 rooms with 1 queen bed in ea. a gentleman approach me because he saw how frustrated I was over the error. Once I could calm down he ask for my Room keys and he would fix it. He got us rooms on the first floors 2 queens in each room. This personwas of Indian descent, I didn’t catch his name but he made it right. I thank him for fixing what the day Shift employee did. Breakfast was bad waffles taste fermented and we all through them away. The cream Cheese was Old and dried up. This hotel was number 5 for us For the week and all had the breakfast included so we had eating the same waffle mix for the passed 4 days. Your waffle batter was spoiled and tasted terrible, Someone is going to get sick. I would look into This. Neighborhood was felt unsafe but nothing actually happened. Rooms were old and smelled. They either need to put some Money into this hotel or close it.

When we arrived, they were having trouble with their system and could not check anyone in. They gave us our room and let us pay later when problem was solved. Everyone was polite and helpful. Everything very clean.
