Amazing location and view

We arrived early and hotel was nice enough to accommodate us. Rooms were just as shown in pictures. They were clean, roomy and had beautiful views of the city. Walking distance to so many sites. The automatic blinds were a cool feature. Only concern was that free wifi was restricted to one device. If you had more devices, there was a charge. Also, on day of checkout we had to pay for wifi access as well. Wifi should be free for all devices during entire stay. Breakfast was rather expensive- $29 Euros- for the selection provided.

A wonderful hotel with beautiful views of the city. Our room was lovely with a deep soaking tub and fantastic views of the city and a big comfortable bed. Chief complaint was the language barrier and that some of the staff wasn't as pleasant to Americans. I also wish the check out time was later on the weekends so that you can sleep in.

Really nice , but expensive a little clean nice ,, expensive but deserve

Location is very good but get clear instructions on how to find the car park. Good staff make up for some oddities! Facilities are fine although no restaurant. Good breakfast

Good hotel but I expected more from such a modern building and at such a price. Melia could do better than this as I've seen at other locations. This is not one of the good Melia hotels you would expect.

It is a very comfortable and modern hotel. I would stay again. Location is excellent.

Great hotel, but without reservation some days before you will not get a table in the hotel bar/restaurant and the service there is not like in the hotel and hotel guests have no preferred status, so this area is occupied by local people, and hotel guest have to see, where too find a place outside.

Excellent Hotel

Spent a night here before heading home via FRA. Great views, hotel staff were very friendly. Gym on the 26th floor was pretty cool to use while looking out at the sights. Didn't try the food here, so can't comment on that. One comment, though: After spending the night and using the gym, I came away with the impression that the hotel spent their budget on the property moreso than it's contents. Not a huge deal, but little things here and there like fit-and-finish and gym equipment quality could be improved. I'd still stay at the hotel again. For folks who haven't experienced "smart" elevators before (and watching people enter the lobby for the first time, there's many of you) - when you first walk in to the ground floor lobby, enter "22" on the key panel and it'll tell you which elevator to take to get to the hotel lobby. They should probably put this info front-and-center in the confirmation email sent upon reservation.
