INNSiDE by Meliá Frankfurt Eurotheum

This hotel is a pain to get into and out of. The hotel covers some of the higher floors of an office building, there is no signage for the hotel. After driving around we saw a big white wall with Eurotheum on it and that ended up being the entrance to the office tower. There is nowhere to park a car to unload suitcases and no waiting zone. You have to go through the regular security and up to the 22nd floor to the hotel front desk. From there you have to change elevators with another security card every time to get up to your floor. The air conditioning was broken the night we checked in, they knew and didn't mention anything at check-in or offer a solution. After checking with the front desk hours later on why it was so hot they said it would be fixed by the AM. By 6 o'clock the next day I gave up on that and asked for a room transfer which they did finally accommodate, the A/C was only marginally better in the next room. Also twice I went to the front desk it was unattended and had to wait to find someone working there. Breakfast on offer is a whopping 29 euros and parking costs the same in the building's garage (we passed and went to enjoy the city for breakfast) The only plus is the view from the rooms is fantastic because you are 22+ floors up. Other than that the first room we stayed in had a weird open shower in the middle of the room with zero privacy.

Cant stop outside and unload car. Difficult to find hotel parking. No food other than breakfast and snacks in the bar. Hotel room so hot, air conditioning woefully inadequate, made stay unbearable, the only place the a/c was good was in the glass lift. If we had t prepaid we would have left.

Beautiful room and friendly staff. Very close to the train station and airport - perfect for a one night stay in Frankfurt. We were lucky to stumble upon an annual food and wine festival 2 blocks from the property! The only thing that did not work well was the AC but for the value, it was not a deal breaker. Would definitely recommend.

Great views from 26th floor, very quiet & spacious room, 24/7 fitness with sauna, location just next to shopping streets and restaurants. I did not have breakfast or use the room service, so I cannot comment on those. Only minus was that wi-fi was rather slow, so I ended up using my own mobile data.

Overall good. Need to improve space for luggages drop off.

Nice hotel but poor breakfast!!

Layout was very strange, Lobby was on the 22nd floor. This was the only level that had common rooms, and one was for dining. The room was mordern but could have been kept in better shape. Many lightbulbs were out, not very many power outlets. The view was fantastic. The daily cleaning was not very thorough. I would have liked more free bottles of water.

Just terrible. Do not stay here. Don't even know where to start. The thing that has irritated me the most is the room service folks. They knock at the same time as opening the door without waiting even for a second. If you loudly say please wait - in German or English - they come in anyway, and if you say it again they say words to the tune of oh it's fine, don't worry. Twice I've made it clear I didn't want their service and they did it anyway. Today they came in when I had a do not disturb sign up AND said no thank you when they knocked (as the door was opening, not before). There is no dead bolt in the room, which surprises me. The room is very stuffy, the ventilation system is noisy and weak, if you open the window then it's beyond noisy (there is a large building site for a new sky scraper beginning outside the hotel). The reception level has a noisy bar which plays music obnoxiously loudly on Friday and Saturday nights. When neighboring rooms close their electronically powered shutters it is loud enough to wake one up. The reception staff is mixed, a few REALLY lovely people but a lot of very rude ones too. When I first checked in the guy was eating a sandwich (which, whilst I haven't seen before I don't actually hold against him) but when I said hello he held his finger up in my face which to me is really not polite. The internet is incredibly slow, and logs out every 10-15 minutes requiring one to constantly re-log-in. The price is 5 star, the service isn't even B&B.
