INNSiDE by Meliá Frankfurt Eurotheum

No sign on the street where you can park and where the Hotel is. To get to your room by driving into the garage is an adventure, -2 level and 3 gates later is parking you have to ring on 2 gates to get into parking of Hotel but there is only one receptionist at the time so you need to wait until he/she opens the first and second gate. After that you go through 2 doors one with key lock into first elevator until floor 22 where reception is located here you change elevator and another 3 doors later(2 with key card) to get in your room. Water in shower turn hot and cold with same setting, mould in the shower corners, Breakfast had super selection but price with 29 Euro per person is not worth it. Drinks at the bar 18 euro for gin/tonic also on the pricy side. Minibar equipped with 1 beer and 1 coke 1 etc... ok. All in all was the view what made me stay even with all the negative rest.

Great hotel, and the views of the city are amazing!

Rooms are beautiful and spectacular view. This hotel may not be able to accommodate an early arrival and also restaurant closed on Sundays. I had to wait about 4 hours to get a room due to international arrival but managed to get in 1 hour before official check in finally. Has not been my experience in most European hotels and no one spoke to me during entire wait time in sitting area to provide an update. Also very delayed checking out. The front desk appears to need more staff. Only one person and if tangled with a guest with an issue the line stacks up and not much acknowledgement of the many guests waiting. Would be a really nice place to stay if perhaps more conscious/pleasant to customers arriving.

The elevator was amazing. The rooms had an excellent view. The bed was super comfortable The bathtub was sort of a death trap, it was very high. The staff was helpful but no one ever came to change our towel. The only down side was the techno music playing from the bar that went late into the night.

Very nice rooms with an exceptional view. Located in the center of Frankfurt, great for business or leisure.
