Clean, spacious, great location!

This hotel is BEAUTIFUL. It has beautiful rooms with huge bathtubs and sweeping city views. The bar also has great views, it was the perfect place to end a day of touring the city. The staff was extremely accommodating and very nice, they spoke English to help me and showed me on a map all the places to go. The elevators are also very cool - a unique system that is worth taking the time to learn how it works. I can't wait to come back here.

One of the worst checkin experience so far. Arrived by my car but my confirmation number was not recognised so had to first finish my check in formalities. The hotel did not have any reception on the ground level so my wife and I had to go all the way up to the 22nd floor to complete our check in before coming down again to park and collect our luggage. However this is not where it ended. On entering our room we found it to be of the lower category than what we had booked online. So again after informing the reception, we had to move all our luggages to shift to another room. Location of the hotel was good with nice views from the room. Bed was comfortable and bathrooms were big and clean. Overall the hotel seemed low on staff and lacked the service and friendly staff one would expect from a 4 or 5 star hotel. Would surely not stay in the hotel again.

I love To stay at this hotel because it is near the center of town and it is a wonderful hotel and the staff are amazing and very helpful and kind. I encourage anyone to stay at this hotel.

The room layout is interesting and the view is amazing.

A hotel located on the upper floors of a high rise building in Frankfurt's financial district. The views of the city are terrific. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

There's had a really nice view nd clean but one of crew that work at reception she is not kind she just makes me sad from deposit payments because my card doesn't work I'm expected she let me drop my bag but she just told me u can't get in without deposit it's so annoying because my card limit day paid It's not a 5 stars hotel for a services nd she do not inform there facility so I didn't know that there had a sauna And it hasn't returned the deposit until four days later.

Unhelpful reception staff, unreachable during the night when experienced an uncomfortable night sleeping in a claustrophobic, heated environment. Left doors open overnight to sleep. When discussed with reception again in the morning they explained nothing could be done and only a soft beverage could be offered in light of the inconvenience caused.
