Great place to stay!

Room was not ready at checkin time. Front desk could not tell us how long it would be to be able to get in our room.

The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable

Comfortable and very clean room. Couldn’t use outdoor space because of rain but it was very inviting. My room location requests were honored. Very friendly front desk staff.

We were in a suite on the first floor. Room smelled like a dirty diaper. Room was very clean though. I think it may have been something to do with sewage. We would have asked for another room but were told the rooms were sold out for the weekend. We applied lots of room spray constantly. Breakfast was a little above the average hotel breakfast but the juice machine was either watered down one day or overly concentrated the next. They had soft drink fountain but the carbonation was out. I asked for them to address it and the man told me that they had no more tanks to replace . So they just served it as is. We were also disappointed because the poor is under renovation. Employees were nice. A bit pricey for what we got.

didnt like the fact that the pool and hot tub were out of order and it wasnt posted on the site that it was under repair. we would have went somewhere else to stay. espesaly seeing there was no price discount for this.

Staff friendly. Good breakfast variety. Bed not comfortable and was to high off the floor (husband is 6ft tall and wasn't easy for him either) Dishes dirty, the ice cube basket in the freezer was dirty, towel had hair on it and mirrors were all dirty- streaked.

We didn’t stay there. I followed the riles for refund on Expedia. I also called the hotel. Nobody from Hotel or Expedia was responsive, even though I requested cancellation online and spoke with hotel -all prior to the 6pm cancellation the day before, as specified at booking time. The hotel answered and said. I’ll note that you are not coming, but you will have to deal with Expedia. The Expedia online booking cue just said, …”this may take a few minutes…” and after waiting two hours…no response. When I called Expedia, they claimed the hotel would not answer the phone. I followed all procedure and also spoke with both Expedia and the property. We did not stay at the hotel, nor will we ever consider it again. Your system doesn’t work. I need a refund!

It was a last minute thing with my son and some friends getting caught up in a winter storm about 2 hours away from home when visiting a friend in college. Staybridge worked with us on making sure he could check in and all that. He's 19 now and it's a good learning experience for him as well. Great job everyone. We were pretty worried here at home.
