Staybridge Suites Columbia by IHG

The pool was down and I was not notified. The trash was in the hall for 3 days and never removed. The tiles in the hallways were covered with sticky matter that was never cleaned. I have stayed there multiple times and never had house cleaning been this wsy

We stayed here over night on our way south. The staff were welcoming and polite and actually seemed happy to be at work. Our room was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for the two of us and our pets. The small kitchen was well appointed. Breakfast was REALLY good. We were pleased to find several good, fresh fruit options and some nice pastries/bagels, as well as sausage, eggs and breakfast potatoes. We would definitely stay here again.

Pool was drained

Room was very nice. Had a kitchen, living room with a fireplace and a bedroom. Bed was comfortable and had a choice of soft or firm pillow. Breakfast was good and the hotel was nice and quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were closed, but we had not planned on using it anyway. Plus, there is complementary laundry, but it was full anytime we needed it.

Loved our room and the fireplace in our living room.

Dirty counters, big fake long red hair in the sink that was certainly not mine.

No one to check me in for over 20 mins. The pool & hot tub were out of order. The beds were hard & you could hear traffic from the highway. Not worth the price
