Clean comfortable rooms Attentive staff.

Parking is challenging due to the location of some of the buildings. They do have golf cart shuttles that run 24/7 to help with luggage ect. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Extremely friendly staff,

I stayed here for 3 nights in a one bedroom studio. It had a bedroom with 2 double beds and barn doors which separates it from the main living room and kitchen area. There was also a sofa bed which was very comfortable (not like the old type of beds where you can feel all the metal springs). We were in the last building room 811 which was the farthest from the main lobby area. The only downside was the distance from the closest parking spot to our room. They do have golf carts to help you but we never used them. I would definitely stay here again but I would request to be in buildings 1-4 and not all the way in building 8. Other than that, the room was GREAT and I highly recommend this as a place to stay especially for longer stays and with families. There is also laundry facilities and a pool which we did not use.

Parking does not extend far to where our room was so it was rather inconvenient to walk all the way back to our room especially when parking was limited in the area closest to building 8.

Everything was nice, restaurant, bar was nice. Rooms were nice ..

The hospitality was bad, stayed there 4 nights the staff never made beds, or thru out the trash. Seen one of the lady's cleaning the rooms asked why they didn't clean our room & said u have to call up front so they can clean our room so we did that.. still nothing. I called again asked them for clean towels to shower. A girl came & brought us a bag of fresh towels.. very un happy with the staff.. please let me know if we can get back some or all of our cash back.. very unsatisfied..

The room was great, we requested the top floor and was able to get it.

Parking in front of the room was hard to find but thankfully it was easy in the larger lot, just had a bit of a walk to the room. The shower did not drain well only because the angle of the shower floor, water would accumulate during a shower
