Orange Tree Resort

Orange Tree hasa great location. It is clean, quiet, and has beautiful views of the golf course. Outstanding staff and very quick carts to get aroun d the property.

Good location, big rooms.

I didn’t like that the rooms are not made up even when you are staying for a week or more. I understand that is because it is more aloof a time share type resort but it would make me think twice about staying for more than a few days.

Staff met our request to be close to the pool and the suite was very nice. All of our requests for towels, cart rides, etc were immediately provided.

Pressure immediately after checking in to learn more about time shares to receive a welcome gift bag. Parking near Building 6 was very hard to find, which would have been okay if we were told that the golf cart drivers would take us to our suite with our luggage. No one told us this. We were a family of 4 with 2 younger kids, staying 4 nights. We figured it out before we checked out.

Loved the grounds and updated room. Front office and Bell service staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Sports bartender was also amazing

Stairs going to second floor - could be wider decor is very basic but ok

I was not aware that room cleaning was not part of the price.
