The sea front room didn't have a coffee machine

Friendly staff and food. Room was really clean

I initially stayed there for three days and then missed my flight. I called to book for additional two days and requested for a discount due to the three days that I had stayed. The hotel was not considerate at all and charged me excessively. That was really painful because you need to keep your customers sweet at all times

The whole resort was excellent

Transportation around the resort was a bit tough

Gym did not have airconditioning, poor wifi, i could not make my Personal traininigs, small choice of small weights, and no yoga mats

Fantasztikus szálloda, csak ajánlani tudom. Gyönyörű környezet, tisztaság, kedves személyzet. Az animátorok és az esti műsorok szuperek voltak. A korallok itt csodálatosak, sznorkellezéshez szerintem ez az egyik legjobb hely Sharm El Sheikhben. A parton az étkezési lehetőségek nagyon jók, a spagetti ház volt a kedvencünk. Érkezésünkkor a fogadtatás nagyon kedves volt, köszönjük a virágokat! A születésnapom a nyaralás idejére esett, nagyon szép és finom tortát kaptam, külön köszönöm! A szállodához intézett kérésem a szobával kapcsolatban teljesült, ezer köszönet a figyelmességért! Már több szállodában megszálltunk Sharmban, de ez az egyik legjobb volt. Biztos, hogy ide térünk majd vissza.

The welcome was very good, made us feel special. Good welcome gifts and drinks. Amir at the Park Regency Club was amazing and went an extra mile to make us feel at home and accommodate our needs, we are very very grateful to him.

The room was a bit outdated and has not been refurbished in a while. Some tiles cracked and some parts loose, old style furniture and curtains.....some refurbishment would go a long way to make the room feel more luxurious and modern
