Location and staff were the best

The security rules that no private cars can come in after 6:30pm + sometimes they are so strict to ban cars to go in before it is even 6:30pm. I was ok with that if gulf cars are always immediately available but the issue is that I have to spend some time waiting for the gulf car and then I have to meet the driver at the outer gates. This was to me the only thing I did not like because I felt it is eating up some of my time

Azza hanım hem otele girene kadar sürekli bizimle telefonda iletişim halindeydi hem otelde yanımızdaydı hemde hergün bize bir sorunumuz veya isteğimiz olup olmadığını sordu, ilgisine çok teşekkür ederim. Yemekleri bence gayet lezzetliydi.biraz daha çeşitlendirilebilir düşüncesindeyim. Havuzları ısıtmalı serin havalarda denize girmek istemezseniz iyi alternatif bence çünkü 30 derece vardı ısısı.

"Regency club was worth the extra money."

The Regency Club was well worth the extra money. Staff were super friendly and the food and drinks were superior to the main restaurant.

The main restaurant was not very good. Repetitive menu, even on theme nights. Service wasn't always good and we were often ignored. It was also too small for the number of guests.
