There were constructions of the swimming pool going on throughout our stay, which was extremely noisy - you could basically heard the noise throughout all outdoor sitting areas of the hotel, given that pool is located central of the hotel. There was no warning prior to the booking. We did not enjoy our stay at all.

Останавливались в отеле на 10 дней и остались довольны отдыхом. Главное достоинство — прекрасный риф и комфортное море. Мы снорклили каждый день, и это было одно из лучших впечатлений от поездки. Также очень понравился номер на втором этаже с видом на море — с балкона открывался просто потрясающий sea view. Питание свежее и качественное: нам вполне хватало разнообразия, всегда было много зелени, овощей и фруктов, пусть и без каких-то особых изысков. Персонал заслуживает отдельной похвалы — очень внимательные и отзывчивые сотрудники. Когда в первом номере оказалась плохая шумоизоляция из-за смежной двери, нас без проблем переселили в новый номер. Территория очень зелёная и ухоженная, удобно, что с чемоданами гостей развозят на гольфкарах. Уборка хорошая, Wi-Fi тоже работал стабильно, за исключением дальнего тихого пляжа, где сигнал был слабее. Очень понравилось, что есть более приватная зона пляжа для спокойного отдыха. В целом отель оставил очень приятное впечатление, особенно благодаря рифу, виду из номера, сервису и атмосфере спокойного отдыха.

Из минусов — интерьер местами немного уставший, хотя это совершенно не испортило общее впечатление. Во время нашего приезда один из бассейнов был на реставрации, из-за чего немного страдал общий вид территории, особенно из ресторана, и это было немного неприятно.

This year we stayed in the Club area of the hotel which is exceptional (last year we stayed in the main hotel, which was also very good, therefore decided to return). We loved the peaceful and intimate experience, both in the breakfast area, pool and beach! Excellent service and care for customers at every single interaction! We loved how the Club manager kept greeting everyone by their name and was telling constantly that their job is to spoil us 💙The time we spent at the beach was the highlight of our trip and the team taking care of us there is outstanding! Big thank you for another great stay! We will come back next year, too!

We had the bad luck to arrive at the hotel exactly in the days the tiles of the main pool had to be repaired. As I am very sensitive to noise, the hotel management helped us find another room, within the premises of the hotel. We appreciated the care and willingness of the hotel management to address our needs!

Simply every moment we were spent here the staff were very friendly with worm treatment helpfully especially AZZA from the guest connector in front desk and REDA , FAwZE on the beach HAZEM on the restaurant the food was delicious the location really unforgettable the SPA , the hotel renewed and rebuilding many facilities make the stay more comfortable

I recently stayed at this resort for a respite break, and overall, the experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything felt safe, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The environment was well-maintained, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into ensuring guests can truly relax. The staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. It’s a lovely place to unwind, especially if you’re looking for a quiet, self-contained resort experience.

There are just a couple of points worth mentioning. The variety of guests staying at the resort can be quite mixed, which of course is not something the resort can fully control. However, one thing that stood out was the amount of food waste. It felt excessive and perhaps the resort could consider reducing the number of food options. Additionally, while I understand that security is important, my mother and I were stopped several times within the resort and asked to show our wristbands, which felt slightly uncomfortable. It is also quite far from the main areas of Sharm, so it may not suit those wanting to explore outside the resort frequently.

It was our second time at the resort and everything was as perfect as last year. The staff from the reception was very nice they’ve always checked in if we needed anything. The room was always very clean thanks to the staff member who was working at our building (Acanthus). We’ve noticed that there was an upgrade at the kitchen because the food was even better than last time everyday. They even had gluten free bread and managed to get us gluten free deserts every time we asked for it. There are a lot of drink options at the bar and the quality of the drinks were really great. We would like to specially thank to Wageh who was always very nice to us and made really good cocktails. The rest of the staff was very kind and helpful. The only thing we liked better last year was the animation. This year there wasn’t as much activites for adults and night activities such as daytime parties, beach party or the pool party as last year and we were really looking forward to those for our second visit. Besides this the daytime and the evening activities and shows were great and entertaining. Overall we had a really good time, I definitely recommend the resort for anyone’s stay at Sharm!
