We take club room and it was excellent Private pool, Private Beach and Private restaurant included

Brilliant for snorkelling and choice of quieter beach. Food was really good and fresh. Everything was very clean.

Only that some of the food labelling didn’t make it clear whether it was vegetarian.

Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und bequem, die Aussicht gigantisch, der eigener Strand und das Meer sauber und wir würden da gut und freundlich betreut und bewirtet wie inder gesammten Anlage auch. Das Essen war sehr reichhaltig viel Obst und Gemüse und dass Dessert Buffet lecker für Magen und Augen.

Liegt sehr schön und ruhig, aber auch weit von der Stadt und Sehenswüdigkeiten, man mus immer mit Taxi oder Shuttle fahren.

We had a fabulous time. The facilities and service was amazing. The snorkeling was incredible. Right off the beach front. Water so clear and so many varieties of fish. Beautiful. Festive. Loved our stay

The level of service and attention from staff was more than we expected. We loved the sea view from our balcony, it was such a special surprise to see the sun rise and the moon shining at night! Our room had a surprise every day from the lovely room cleaner and we were so happy. Alhuseinn was amazing and so so kind! Big shout out to him!

The music in the beach area can be quite loud, especially in the morning when activities are taking place until around lunchtime. Sometimes guests may simply want to relax or read a book, so a quieter atmosphere would be appreciated. The rooms are very large and spacious, which is great, but the décor and furniture feel quite dated and would benefit from an update. This is not really a criticism but more a suggestion: for such a large resort, it would be great to have water fountains where guests can refill their bottles. During our stay we noticed a lot of plastic bottle use, and providing refill stations would be a more environmentally friendly solution. 🌿

Excellent property with highly professional staff in all departments from cleaning to consierge every reastaurant spectacular service a big thankyou to Mahmoud in regency club and all staff there ! Also to moustafa manager at breakfast and lady who makes bread Amani and chef Hamdy :) and the excellent service from Karim in the Indian who speaks excellent English all lovely people .This hotel has improved significantly over the last few years also thankyou to the private beach staff there superb 🙏 and the regency club pool staff and not forgetting the excellent Thai restaurant WOW 🤩 also the cleaning staff were amazing 🤩 every day :) thankyou to everyone who made our stay spectacular

Bir Türk personelle karşılaştık ismi aria. Ordayken bi sorun yoktu gayet ilgiliydi . Fakat Türkiye ye geldiğimiz de onun hakkında iyi yorum yapmamız için saçma sapan sitem dolu mesajlar atıp gereksiz uslüplar da bulundu . Bi yorum atmak bu kadar zor olmamalı , mısıra geldiniz ve Türk’le karşılaştınız sizden birşey rica ediyor gibi . Sen kimsin benim parasıyla kaldığım otelde kendini lütuf gibi görüyorsun.
