الفندق جداً محترم و هاديء للي يبحث عن الهدوء الإطلالات جداً جميلة و الأغلب مطلة ع البحر لكن حقيقة أكثر ميزة في الفندق الستاف و أخص الأستاذة عزة كانت عندي مشكلة أول يوم و بكل صدق تفرغت طوال فترة إقامتي لتوفير كل شي احتاجه لدرجة شعرت أنه أنا شغلها الوحيد في الفندق فعلاً تعامل مريح و راقي من العاملين بالفندق يستحقو التقدير عليه

We stayed at this hotel for the first time and absolutely loved it. The hotel is large and very beautiful, but what impressed us the most was the friendliness of the staff. Even though the team works incredibly hard from morning until evening, everyone is welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist. Everything is so well organized — it’s honestly amazing how such a huge hotel with so many guests runs like clockwork. You can really feel that everything has been carefully planned with guests’ comfort in mind. The reef is absolutely incredible — huge, deep, and full of life. There are two ways to enter the sea: from the sandy beach or from the pontoon. Lifeguards are always present both on the beach and on the pontoon, and they react very quickly if something happens or if someone steps on the corals. I think this is extremely important. There are plenty of dining options throughout the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of food kiosks on the beach. There is such a good selection of food and drinks that you don’t even need to leave the beach for lunch. We were also very impressed by the guest relations team and their willingness to help. Every request was handled very quickly. Many thanks for that. We will definitely come back to Park Regency again.

I would also like to mention a few downsides, although I’m not lowering my rating because I don’t think the hotel can realistically do much about them. The first issue is that even though there are a huge number of sunbeds on the beach, it becomes difficult to find a free one after 9 a.m., because most are already occupied from early morning. I think this is a common problem in hotels all over the world. So it simply becomes a good reason to wake up earlier, find a sunbed, and enjoy the beautiful morning reef. The second downside for me was the main restaurant and the crowds there. Although the restaurant itself is large and there are many tables, it is not always easy to find a seat immediately. To be fair, the buffet is very well organized, and the food stations are arranged in a way that helps avoid congestion. The opening hours for each meal are also long enough to spread guests out over time. Even so, the atmosphere in the main restaurant sometimes felt overwhelming, almost like fighting for food. I think more sensitive guests may simply prefer dining at the à la carte restaurants instead.

Molto affollata e con difficoltà a trovare posizione all'ombra; musica molto alta e spesso di disturbo

Struttura molto bella, curata, pulita. Lo staff molto disponibile per ogni esigenza e richiesta nostra.

Plaj ve deniz muhteşemdi. Plajdaki İsmail ve resepsiyonda Azza herşeye çok yardımcı oldular. Eşimin doğumgünüydü ve her yerde bizi hoş süprizlerle karşıladılar. Plajda İsmail ve arkadaşlarının hazırladığı küçük kutlama da bize harika unutulmayacak bir anı bıraktı.

Bookingden All İnclusive rezervasyon yapılamıyordu. Olsa yapmak isterdim. Biz sabah ve akşam yemeği dahil aldık. Bu biraz kafa karıştırıcıydı. Bir de masaj himzetinden yararlandık. Masörler çok güleryüzlüydü ama yaptırdığım en vasat masajdı. Eşim de masajdan memnun kalmamış.

We just returned from one week holidays there. Location is perfect if you want to visit Old Market Sharm el Sheikh, Naama Bay or Soho square. Room was clean and with all you need like fridge, ice maker, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron with board etc. We was enjoying beautiful bath and private pool straight outside our garden door. And our biggest compliments for our friendly and always helpful pool guard who bought flowers every day on our pool table. We only ate breakfast there and it was delicious and we were spoiled with a choice. And then on top of all that the beach and corral reefs.... It was perfect for snorkeling or just catching the sun on always available loungers.. Thanks.
