When we arrived, there was no room available. We had all the emails, texts, to confirm our booking, but the receptionist couldn’t find it on her computer. So we ended up having to pay extra for another room and then get onto Expedia to refund us the payment. Total mismanagement

"Excellent experience"

The room was Fantastic the bed was nice and comfy the receptionist was very helpful and I had a very good night sleep and the shopping centre was near by

I needed a stop over, driving west to east - this was perfect, clean and comfortable. Surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the M3. I was able to check in late, no problem.

My colleagues and I visit Day Inn at Fleet services often, and we are always very satisfied and enjoy our stay every time we visit. The staff go above and beyond, providing top service as always, and checking in and out is stress free too. The rooms are always clean and tidy, beds are nicely made and always comfy. I've found it is pleasantly quiet every time we visit, so I always sleep well. Always happy to visit here, many thanks again to myself and the lads!
