"Needs Improvement. "

Carpets had stains on. Only 1 pillow per person. We asked for more and this wasn't given. Only 1 towel. Luckily i took some. But should get 1 per person really. Single bed uncomfortable. Single bed frame missing. Mattress left and pushed under. Only 1 seat in room. Needed a table or something. So had to sit on beds all the time. Probably be put off stopping in a Days Inn again.

Please note that there are additional fees if you have a dog. Not referenced at booking. There are additional fees for parking. Don’t ask for an extra pillow. There are none I was told. Don’t ask for an iron so that you can iron a shirt. There are none I was told.

Second time staying here. The rooms are generous, as is the ensuite bathroom. I brought 2 large dogs with me and there was plenty of room for them. Beds are comfortable and the windows are sufficiently sound proofed that I wasn't disturbed by motorway traffic noise. The real plus point is the staff. Absolutely brilliant, very helpful, caring. Excellent in every way. They all seem anxious to ensure everything goes right for their guests. The layout of Fleet Services is excellent with plenty of suitable areas to walk your dog. I can't comment on the TV as I've never watched it here. Overall this is a great place to stay. Update: May 2025 I've stayed here several times since the first review and my experience has always been the same. Everyone bends over backwards to help and ensure guests have a great, trouble free stay. I have even been able to bring fresh milk which is put in the staff fridge - definitely service above and beyond! I bring my dogs who love it here - they get lots of fuss and attention, not to mention treats! It's lovely to stay somewhere where dogs are truly welcome and not just tolerated.

We liked the convenience of the Days Inn Fleet services. Unfortunately the room was set up for on2 person and not a couple. With one of everything which was a shame. Very comfortable room.
