The place is beautiful and clean very professional staffs working there always made me feel welcome My room is always clean everyday food is amazing just wow nothing bad to say.The customer service is top tier!

The vibe! The beautiful tropical landscape, hearing the birds. It’s a very open space. Never felt congested with people. The all-inclusive is the way to go. Endless alcohol and food. People were chill and respectful. There was little to none “policing” by hotel staff. But they were there when needed. HOUSEKEEPING-A+: our room (junior suite) was always clean and well attended. Plenty of towels were provided. Liters of water are initially provided and replenished as needed. The workers are constantly picking up cups and cleaning table surfaces and floors throughout the property. ENTERTAINMENT-B: they had a solo singer in the lobby a couple of early evenings. Wish they had it every night. Evening entertainment starts about 8:00pm. They also provide entertainment for children for about 30 minutes every night. Neon night was on a Friday when we were there. The two Rui resorts outside of Rui Tequila are invited so it becomes a big party night. The violinist was excellent!! RESTAURANTS and FOOD-C+: There are three restaurants: steakhouse, Italian and Asian and of course the buffet. The steakhouse was just ok. We ate twice at the Italian restaurant and once at the Asian. Good sushi variety at the Asian. The buffet was well presented and had a lot of variety. The food overall was fair. We also went to Margaritas across the street by the beach. It was pretty good and was a full service restaurant. POOLS-B+: The adults only swim up bar was our favorite. There are five pools. One adult only, three all-ages and one children’s pool. They are clean and heated. The weekends get busy but during the week it’s less crowded. OVERALL we would definitely come back to RUI TEQUILA. Fantastic friendly service, clean and beautiful property.
