Stayed 7 days and they only placed 4 beers in the room refrigerator:(

Excepto por la fiesta fluo, me parece que le falta un.poco mas a la.parte de entretenimiento . El hecho de no tener salida a la playa hizo que estuviéramos casi todo el tiempo en el.yucatan La comida esta muy buena y variada pero para mi gusto es demasiado picante.. va en.gusto

La comida, excelente por donde se le busque!! El personal del bar "sport" abierto las 24 hs, genial El servicio en general, buenísimo

The whole adventure was awesome. The entertainment, pools, cleanliness but I have to say that the food in the buffet was very delicious!!! The staff were so nice and courteous. I will be going back to Riu Resorts for all my next vacations. 🤩🥰🤗

The food was good.

Getting some type of compensation when a gravy was spilled all over my wife's face. I understand it was an accident and the staff were very courteous, but when front personnel asked someone who was in charge, he said no.
