Hotelu dávam hodnotenie plnych 10 bodov pretoze perfektne naplnil az predcil moje ocakavania s ohladom na cenu v porovnani s konkurencnymi hotelmi v tejto lokalite. Hotel ma pekny udrziavany areal s bazenmi s cistou a teplou vodou. Zariadenie je trosku starsie ale je tam perfektne cisto. Je v druhej rade od plaze, ale mala prechadzka pri prejedani na all inclusive moze iba pomoct. Pozitivum je, ze mate tichu atmosferu, na plaz jazdi elektricky vozik, ked ste moc lenivi a na plazi ma hotel vyhradenu zonu s lezadlami ako aj restauraciu. Taktiez mozete ako host tohto hotela vyuzivat vsetky sluzby dalsich dvoch hotelov RIU, ktore su priamo na plazi. Vsetci zamestnanci hotela, s ktorymi som sa stretol boli velmi mili a aj ked bola ista recova bariera medzi ich velmi slabou anglictinou a mojou este slabsou spanielcinou , vzdy sme sa nejak dohodli :) Tiez sa mi pacilo, ze plnia poziadavky klientov bez toho, ze by ocakavali hned sprepitne. Plaz hotela je velmi siroka, za ktorou nasleduju rady lezadiel medzi palmami, takze si viete najst miesto na slnku aj v tieni. Vstup do mora je velmi pozvolny a more nie je v celej vyhradenej zone hlbsie ako 1,8m co mozno neocenia plavci. Plaz je velmi dobre udrziavana, maju tam traktor, ktory preosieva piesok a odvaza naplaveniny. Jedlo samozrejme vsetkeho druhu, niektore chutilo viac, niektore menej, ale kazdy si tam urcite pride na svoje. Morske plody su super. Vyborny pomer cena/kvalita.

Zona vyhradena na plavanie by mohla byt vacsia a zasahovat do hlbsej vody. Taktiez prevadzkovatelia vodnych sportov a hlavne motorovych skutrov by mali svoje atrakcie prevadzkovat dalej od plaze. Nevyhodou pre niekoho moze byt poloha v druhej rade od mora. Pripadne vzdialenejsia moznost nakupov a navstevy ulic mesta Playa del Carmen (peso cca 30min, taxi za chvilu)

Rooms and the facility were great. Pools were great and the beach was beautiful.

The food wasn't great. There werent good snacks for times there were no meals.
