Hotel Riu Tequila - All Inclusive

We were just there this past week and unfortunately our trip got cut short due to snow we had to leave a day early . Here’s what I have to stay about the resort . Staff are all amazing friendly . I was very disappointed in the food I read nothing but raving reviews but had a hard time finding more than 2 things I liked and I’m not a picky eater . The best was the steakhouse burger and Caesar salad the buffets were not great bland food , dry meats . They do have great entertainment I’ll give them that . If your wanting beach front definitely do not stay it’s a lot of walking we walked 20,000 steps a day from our hotel room all the way down to the beach your lucky if you can catch a shuttle . Beds suck super hard. blankets are just a sheet . They were not able to accommodate us our shuttle to the airport because we had to leave and day early on short notice so we had to pay a taxi 100.00 which was a little disappointing. I would assume they have shuttles constantly leaving the resort . Although this may be for some people we will not be back

El hotel es excelente Los servicios , la comida muy buena , el personal muy atento y servicial en todo momento Las instalaciones Los entretenimientos todo muy bien para pasar una excelente estadía

El trayecto hasta la playa pero todo lo demás opaca eso q tampoco es mucho tiempo caminando y hace bien

Amazing holiday!!! Fabulous hotel, amazing staff, food brilliant. No complaints. Wildlife was lovely to see, a real treat. 150 pesos in taxi into playa del carmen, lots of shops. 3 min walk from hotel a few shops and a bar and Starbucks. Beach a short walk, lovely!

Todo es espectacular y si bien el Hotel en sí no tiene salida al mar, te dejan utilizar las instalaciones de otros dos Riu del frente que si tienen acceso. Donde tmb se puede comer y beber como si estuvieses ene le Hotel.

Elegimos el Hotel xq decía que teníamos 850 USD en créditos para gastar, pero es un engaño. Te dan vouchers donde solo son un porcentaje del gasto, es decir tienes que gastar para utilizarlos. Y no te dejan utilizarlos en souvenirs, solo en servicios de spa, cenas y fotos.

La comida y la pileta para adultos.

Que no quedaba sobre la playa.

Muy bueno el desayuno, excelente la comida también en el almuerzo como en la cena. Las habitaciones excelentes. Todas las instaciones, pileta y las fiestas de noche siempre distintas todos los dias

Que no tiene salida al mar, pero lo solucionamos yendo al hotel Playacar y al Yucatan

Comida, actividades, limpieza, personal.

Pedimos cama matrimonial y eran dos individuales de distintas estaturas, eso era medio incomodo para una pareja, pero ta, nada grave.
