Hotel Riu Tequila - All Inclusive

Très beau complexe situé dans le quartier de Playacar qui est très, peut-être trop sécurisé! Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Rien en particulier. La plage se trouve à 300 m mais ce n'est en rien dérangeant car des fois c'est la distance juste entre le début et la fin du complexe

Todos incluido, aunque poca veces comemos en el hotel pero es una ventaja. El servicio es muy bueno, casi todos son respetuoso y atento, el área de manualidad excelente trato con los niños.

Las bebida se sentía muy artificial, el servicio del bar en loby era malo, había una señora quien nos atendió muy mal que mi esposa e hija no quiso ir a pedir la segunda bebida, el hotel no es muy familiar para los pequeños no había casi nada que hacer.

The breakfast were exceptional.

I felt that the bar tenders served the people who were offering tips over the others who were not.

Me cambiaron de hotel sin avisar y eso me molestó mucho porque me dieron un hotel de menor calidad

Que me dieran una habitación espantosa y tuve que pagar 1500 mas para mejorar la habitación

strongly advise future guests to avoid this hotel. After more than 24 hours of travel with my 3-year-old child (including trains, a long-haul flight, and transfer), we arrived late at the hotel expecting a smooth check-in. Instead, we were refused access to our room due to an internal booking discrepancy. Although my reservation clearly stated 2 adults and 1 child (3 years old), the hotel claimed it was for 2 adults and 1 baby, and demanded over €1000 in additional fees to let us access the room. We were left at reception for over 2.5 hours, exhausted and with a young child, trying to resolve the situation with both the hotel staff and Booking.com. This felt like an unacceptable pressure tactic, as we were essentially left with no choice. Eventually, the hotel allowed us to access the room only after we paid an additional €72 for the first night. However, the situation escalated again the next day: we were approached in a very unpleasant and aggressive manner and told that if we did not pay the remaining ~€1000 by 3:00 PM, we would be locked out of our room. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer a certain standard of service. Instead of helping a tired family with a young child, the staff created stress, pressure, and ruined the start of our vacation. I am deeply disappointed by how this situation has been handled and would strongly recommend choosing another hotel.

Let s say maybe the fact that our bar wasn’t re-supplied but it didn’t bother us as you could ask for it but we didn’t need it .
