Extended Stay America Suites - Cleveland - Brooklyn

A szobában volt konyhasarok, amiben bár semmi eszköz nem volt, de legalább volt egy konyhapult meg egy nagy méretű hűtőszekrény is. Az épület kívülről nagyon szép volt, belülről már nem annyira.

A reggelit nem nevezném reggelinek. Egy ici-pici pulton van kávé, tea és műzli zacskóban. Leülni természetesen nem lehet, mert ez a pult a recepciós pulttal szemben van, nem pedig egy étkezőben. Szóval elég kellemetlen körülmények között, igen keveset lehet fogyasztani.

Everything was good the only issue was an unpleasant smell in the room. Even though we bought pray and sprayed it to smell good. When we got back to the room that smell was still there.

Air conditioner in room blew 3 attempts to get a clean/unoccupied room

It worked as a place to stay for one night in the area where I needed to stay. The staff was super friendly. 10/10 there. But the bed was very uncomfortable and the walls were thin. The people above me sounded like they were moving furniture and dropping things on the floor all night. Legitimately waking me up from midnight to 3 am when they eventually went to sleep. This is not the hotels fault at all. I probably should have called the front desk since the staff was so kind - but I wasn’t quite sure how to handle it.

The guy at the front desk was SO nice. But the place was king of gross and smelly. At least the windows opened.
