"communication would've been key to our stay to avoid our car being towed."

breakfast was okay. location was good for where we were going.

the fact that there was pavement work being done at the facility and we were never told. we parked our car and it was towed away we had to pay 200.00 to get our car out of impound plus pay for an uber to get there.

The location. Close to a gas station and restaurants

Key cards not working, room wouldn’t lock when leaving and locked out of room also. Staff extremely rude would not recommend to anyone to stay here, please save yourself the money and stay somewhere else, even your car would be better than here!

Had to wait for room to be finished cleaning, sat for 20 minutes when check in time was an hour and a half prior. Only downside. Was relatively clean and comfy, felt safe

The room wasn't dirty but it wasn't Clean. The air conditioner was falling apart. I got bitten by a bed bug or spider.I reported it to the manager but he really didn't show interest. I told I had pictures but he didn't want to see them. Said he would make a report.
