Good location

Stink bugs , mold and rooms aren’t clean

The staff was friendly

Everything else! Room was dirty, toilet not cleaned, bed very uncomfortable, pillows hard, security doors not properly functioning, elevator screeched all the way to 2nd floor. I left after 5 hours and booked a room at the Hampton next door where the front desk clerk told me that they get guests often who have left that Extended Stay. I've written to corporate for a refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! I've stayed at other Extended Stay locations and never had such a poor experience.

The bathroom was not clean

My room was spacious and was clean though I brought my own stuff everything was there I would’ve needed for my stay, aside from that the front desk service was great they were so genuine and helpful and respectful. If you don’t smoke and you smell the smoke from someone else’s room you’ll usually only smell it while walking past once your in your room its gone. Pricing is decent for what you’ll get and affordable with no deposit unlike the other hotels, thank you Extended stay team.
