Baymont by Wyndham Ozark

This hotel helped when no other hotel would we just drove from Texas to Alabama 15hrs in a car with 3 people 2 dogs and couldn't check in no where before 3pm wen I only got a day before I got to be back Akira sorry if I spelled wrong front desk attendant was more than helpful got us checked in to a room I would highly recommend to others and will service here again

Only stay here if you have no other choice. Hotel is run down, and breakfast is just grains. Internet did not work. Wasps were a problem. Fan in bathroom was making horrible noises.

I have a 18 month old baby and everyone was really sweet to her and no one complain about her screaming in the middle of the night or anything

Thay advertised a pool but it was non-functional, I book it for location and the pool, disappointed.

Clean friendly staff rooms were very clean.

The room smelt like cigarettes smoke and Marijuana it smelled horrible. Staff was very rude did not give time to swap are room and we were too tired to go somwwhere else.

The room was clean. Rooms nothing like pictures. Staff you could hardly find. Pool was not available and was not told when checking pool was not available. Coffee pot broke in room told staff they said yeah we got new ones that we need to put out it's a work in progress. Breakfast was a horrible nothing there staff didn't care . Told Breakfast was at 6 am we went at 7 nothing was there and hotel was not full of guest. Never picked up trash from room. We had to ask twice for towels in the same day they said we have to bring them to your room never was delivered had to go to front desk second time and ask again. I loved how friendly the staff were . They were very helpful .

No complaints really ,,, if I were to change anything I would have changed which side I was located on due to walking my dog. I didn’t request a certain side tho so I was very happy with my stay

Sharonda was exceptional! She was polite, understanding, and very helpful! The shower was great.

False advertisement of a pool, said it was closed for the SUMMER season when we got there. We booked a non-smoking room and it wreaked of cigarettes to the point we smelt like it when we left. The breakfast was very lack luster with no protein, only carbs.

I walked into a room that smelled like someone had been smoking pot in it. Then found multiple burn marks in and on furniture. Floors were disgusting and all the outlets wouldnt even hold a charger in then.
