Need better Management in the Dinning Food area, from Food safety to the meals quality and presentations. The food expense was there but it got lost in how poorly presented and served . Personnel Management was missing

Loved everything! So many activities, right next to the beach, awesome shows, and friendly staff.

Beautiful property Dinning experience was a little bit of an inconvenience due to ll restaurant stop taking guests at 8. Other than that everything was exceptional

The food, drinks, the stuff.

Not enough entertainment at night, the entertainment team did not invite the people to participate, and the music dedicated only to one country to please them, needs more variation when playing songs.

Beautiful place !!

Beautiful property, well kept. We could not make key room cards work. We’d have to walk to the reception several times a day to remagnatize them. I even changed the room because it was too much and it was the same problem. Lots of food but lots of it wasn’t good. If you’re a picky eater you may not like it but if food is down your priority list, then you’ll be fine, no way you’ll be hungry. Beautiful beach. I would recommend if you’re not expecting anything hosh-posh.

The place was beautiful but small. The activities were plentiful and the staff super enthusiastic - they would even see you later in the day and come chat with you. The food was not the 5 star food that I expected. The snack bar food was just eh and not often replenished. The buffets lacked cleanliness - people stuck their hand in to take things, used spoons from other dishes, etc.

Staff was not as friendly as at other Iberostars. Good was not good quality or big variety. There was no way to access food during certain times of the day, especially after 10pm.
