Cons first then Pros. Cons: We felt that majority of the staff did not smile and was a little condescending. We noticed that in the morning the property felt like it was dirty in some areas. Food plates were left around the property from the night before. The tongs/utensiles to get food from the Buffett were very difficult to use. We did not get coffee and water service during the Buffett in a timely manner after asking for it several times. No US dollar ATM on property. Our concierge said they were only able to make one reservation per restaurant during our 7 day trip. We wanted to have Italian twice and we could not. They could use a swim up bar or another pool side bar. TV did not work. Third bed leg was broken. They fixed it but not really because it fell off again. There is no exception for kids club ages. Our 13 and 11 year old could not be together. The best part of the 11 year old club is as the trampoline in which it was broken. We got dropped off at the hotel 2 doors over after and excursion and the driver of one of the golf carts seemed irritated to drive us back to our location. Pros: check in/check out was easy. Our concierge was always smiling and great! Cudos to Rosa! The woman that handled our excursions did a great job. Food was excellent. Pools were clean and nice. Activity’s and entertainment was good.

Terrible el primer dia que league nada as tenia una recesionista Esperanto’s senators una hora sentado para el checking y tres horas para la habitaccion,despues me entreat la habitaccion 4173 hay dios mio tenia un mal holor tan fuerte a podrido a humedad pero muy fuerte llame a recession y lo que hicieron fue poner un modificador para lumpier el aire me moleste bastante mi hija salio enferma estaba cojestionada y el pecho apretado porque ella es asthmatica..es triste que vas de vacaciones a pasarla bien y passengers estas cosas ni siguiera nos tomaron en cuentas bursts quejas despues de haber gastados nuestro dinero en una estadia en este resort ..

"Our stay was underwhelming due to several operational issues and inconsistent service. Upon check-in, our room keys were not working, requiring multiple trips to the front desk to resolve. Each time, only partial success was achieved, leading to repeated inconvenience. Crucially, no introductory information about the hotel's facilities (e.g., buffet hours, amenity locations) was provided. We had to call the front desk for all basic details. Many advertised facilities, including restaurants and the kids' play zone, consistently opened 15-20 minutes late. We recommend arriving 30 minutes after the stated opening time to avoid waiting. While most staff were pleasant, some were unhelpful. A front desk employee named Reina (white shirt) notably became uncooperative and unhelpful after we declined her offer to attend a 'Star Member' conference."

Location

The key card kept on deactivating so we had to walk ALL THE WAY to the front to re-set it. It would be best if they start using the key-wristband technology like in other resorts.

The resort was lovely and beautiful! The food is Great (I only ate at the buffet). Beach was great. You have to get out there 8am to get a good sit, by 10am they are mostly all taken. There was seaweed on the beach and in the ocean, but it was not bad. It was just that time of year. Ones that work at the resort are friendly. After you get past the front registration lobby area, 85-90 percent of the staff speak 5-10 percent English. Just know the basics bc you are visiting a Spanish-speaking country. Don’t assume that people/everyone speak English. Learn the language, just the basics or use your translation app. I even thought about coming back but after water seeping through the walls in my room, near the bathroom. I asked the front desk woman that wore glasses (she was very nonchalant/noncompliant) for help with this issue. I reported it the following day (after I asked for help one time) and I wasn’t even offered another room, even though I didn’t ask (bc I thought someone was coming to fix it) ,I should have been offered another room and I had to spend the rest of my vacation with the walls leaking and the water on the floor. She assume the water was coming from my shower and it was not. I took pictures bc I slipped and almost fell. I hope they will listen to the next guest bc someone can/will hurt themselves.

No,nos gusto que en la discoteca o show de noche solo ponian musica argentina , se que habia una gran comunidad de argentinos en el hotel pero tambien habiamos de otros países como brazil, colombia, mexico que nos gusta otra clase de musica como salsa , merengue , electronica etcc y fue haci por todas las noches que nos quedamos, que fueron 5

The property was nice, some things needed attention like the bathrooms/shower our bathroom had a tub and it was dangerously getting in and out and the tub looked dirty all the time. I had booked transport services from the airport to the resort and back through Expedia. Unfortunately Expedia let us down on the return to the airport and we had to be out more money and book another company. Expedia knew our departure time and what time we were supposed to be at the airport and they were unable to provide the service that has been booked. That was very disappointing.
