The staff is very friendly and helpful, they keep the rooms clean, the water in one of the pools looks dirty and the buffet doesn't have many options, they never serve mangu for breakfast, which for me is basic for breakfast, and almost never fried chicken, which is what children eat the most.

Loved our stay & the property. Only downfall to our trip was the seaweed on the beach. Apparently August is when mass amounts of seaweed wash up to shore, so we didn't enjoy the ocean water as I had imagined. This is obviously not the resorts fault, just mother nature & a lack of knowledge on my part. The resort did their best to clean it up every morning running tractors to discard as much as they could. Not all resorts along the beach were doing this & we were very grateful for their efforts! Definitely looking forward to returning at a different time of year when the seaweed isn't taking over the shoreline. The pool, the views, the staff & the excursions were all amazing!

The property entrance is shared by several other hotels, Iberostar group has like 4 different hotels in the same location. Some of the restaurants are accessible to guests from different hotels. The variety of food is great (asian, latin, french, italian, american/bar food) however; they love to nickel and dime you for things like steak and lobster (even as an all -inclusive these cost $25-$65 extra. The staff are very attentive and super friendly. One thing that I was hoping is for the waiters to come around the pool and serve us there. There is no service by the pool or by the beach, you have to walk to the nearest bar and get your drinks. They only have presidente beer as an offering in most of the bars. I called it Dictator beer. The rooms are showing their age, there is mold around the A/C vents in my room. Also the TV service is horrible at best. They offer over 100 channels of which only 30 or so are watchable. The rest are either no signal, or too pixelated. The best two restaurants La Sibila (French) and the Italian option are only with reservation, you can only do one reservation in each restaurant per each stay. Meaning you are not allowed to repeat any of the restaurants unless you are staying for more than 2 weeks. The service hours for the restaurants is also not the best. There're 30-45min gaps where there is no food around in any of the major buffets/restaurants. The food service also ends at 10:30pm on all restaurants. I wouldn't recommend this place

The food needs a little more quality . The waitress ladies all looked upset people would ask questions they would respond in a rude way not look at you in the eye
