La ubicación es excelente, llegas de manera muy rápida y sencilla a las principales atracciones de la ciudad y al transporte público. Mi habitación tenía refrigerador y microondas, algo que se agradece porque puede ser muy útil. El desayuno incluído está bien a nivel general pero para algunos podría parecer limitado. El personal del restaurante es muy amable.

La recepción fue algo rara porque me remitieron a hacer el check-in por mi cuenta en una tablet en el lobby y no me contaron más detalles de mi estancia. Tomen en cuenta que el servicio de limpieza de los cuartos puede que no sea diario, de los días que me hospedé, en uno no se realizó pero revisando los detalles de la estancia parece que es algo usual

A solid location with a short walk to a supermarket, the bean and the Willis tower. A fridge is always appreciated, we had everything we needed. I could plug in my fire stick which goes a long way.

Seems like the hotel could do with a renovation. The walls are also paper thin so you can hear a lot of the other guests as well as all the pipes.
