The location is the only thing this hotel has going for it

The miscommunication between the staff and management! Our mattress was ripped, springs felt through the padding, and so uncomfortable. We changed rooms and had to put two duvets on top of the mattress to make it tolerable. The notice was 24 hours to check out, however, they said they would make it right. We gave them a chance to however, it was still not up to par. They told us new mattresses were coming in the first of May which really didn't help our "stay". The staff laughed and said that was not true.

We stayed here one night after returning from a cruise. Fantastic room. Very comfortable bed. Shower was top notch. Loved the coffee in the room.

The elevators were being worked on, so they were not responding to ‘down’ so we had to go up and then wait to go back down. Wasn’t confident that they would get us where we needed to go.

Amazing hotel just steps away from a lot of attractions and the waterfront. The check in was smooth and the room was ready when we arrived a little early. The guy on the front desk was so friendly and helpful with tips and places to see. The elevator was fine no major waits even at busy times, the suite was gorgeous and everywhere was so clean and tidy. The rooms/suites for the money I think is great and the views are lovely. No problems with the booking or while we stayed there, there's a bar and restaurant attached to the building so anyone worried about there being no bar shouldn't as it's literally just a 1 minute walk around the other side of the building, so no different if you have to travel to a certain floor in a hotel to get to a bar. Tea, coffee, water and robes provided in the rooms and our room got serviced each day without fault. Location safe and near everything. What more do you want or need?
