Extended Stay America Suites - Long Island - Melville

Nothing room was not ready . Arrived 5:30 not available told to come back in 20 minutes. Went to dinner came back at 7 pm no room . By 9 :30 still fighting with AI and CSR. Had to pay $ 300 more for Hilton

They could ‘ve lived up to their commitment for a room reservation.

This place was horrible.

The customer service was atrocious and the AC was out in the lobby.

Absolutely nothing! We checked in after midnight and had no choice but to stay the night. Upon waking in the morning, I checked out and requested a full refund!

When we arrived there were sketchy people hanging out outside. We had to walk through a cloud of marijuana to enter the lobby. The lobby was outdated and looked dirty. The room smelled disgusting and was outdated and in desperate need of basic upkeep. The room was filthy! I requested a room change immediately. The second room was in the same exact condition minus the foul odor. It was so late that I told my daughter to keep her clothes and shoes on and sleep above the blankets for the night. First thing in the morning, I checked out and requested a full refund.

please expand the free breakfast. right now it is hardly anything worth mentioning.
