Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport

Checked in late and found that room was stuffy. Further investigation there was issue with thermostat. We were able to get ventilation so on to sleep. By morning - room up to 89. Also issue with tub - did not drain so during shower in standing water. When we checked out - we were told that we get some points for our issues. Never got and now saying matter closed. Rooms are in need of refresh. Management would even return call. Would mot recommend

Very good and helpful staff. The room was lovely but under supplied (blankets Towels,etc.)

Close to the airport, friendly staff, comfortable room.

Front desk staff were very professional, helpful and accommodating.

The AC unit was a bit noisy.

Fatalna obsługa. Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z takim traktowaniem klienta i problemem który pani miała z moją rezerwacją . Na transfer do hotelu musieliśmy czekać 45 minut a rano pomimo rezerwacji okazało się że mnie nie ma na liście i musiałam skorzystać z Ubera. Nie polecam tego hotelu.

Our stay was amazing. This hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed at in a long time. The room was clean, comfortable, and we were even upgraded since it was our wedding, which meant so much to us. After a long day with family, we stopped by the bar and the bartender was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Gloria at the front desk was truly exceptional. We called the night before to ask if early check‑in was possible, and she actually reached out the next day to confirm that she would make sure our room was ready when we arrived. I’ve never had someone follow up like that when we were the ones asking for the favor. The level of customer service throughout our stay was outstanding. Gloria, especially, went above and beyond—she has the leadership, kindness, and professionalism of someone who should be a manager. She made not just my husband and me feel welcomed, but everyone around her. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. -NICOLE CLARK

Gloria was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She checked us into a lovely room and took the time to tell us about the restaurant and bar, which were amazing. We’ve stayed at many hotels over the past 10 years, and I’ve never had a front desk agent go so far out of her way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Because of her, our family will definitely be coming back.

The Front Disk was an excellent. Superior service and an absolutely amazing experience New what to do and extremely helpful.
