Newer, nice room.

Someone was smoking nearby and the smoke entered the room and woke me up.

The computers were down when we arrived. We are still waiting an hour later to check in. Staff is clueless on how to proceed. In this day and age I find it hard to believe an outfit like Hilton comes to a complete shutdown and has no backup in place. There are a couple dozen people behind us and I doubt any of us will be able to check in before the night is over.

Very clean and refreshingly nice personnel! Excellent location with included shuttle service to the airport. Not much regarding dining options in the area (Waffle House) - but a very good value overall. And, the nice folks enhanced the stay a great deal. Decent coffee. Mattress felt a bit bumpy/worn, but linens were very nice.

Close to interstate but not loud inside. Front attendant wasn’t rude but not overly friendly or welcoming. Pool was clean, hot tub looked like algae but maybe not- I didn’t chance it. Waffle House in the same parking lot. A business park/industrial area, close to colleges too. Overall I’d stay again.

I only spent one night on a layover

The layout of the room was great. And the restaurant menu while it seemed like bar food was absolutely fantastic!! Fresh and made with terrific ingredients. Beds were comfortable. All the amenities were up to par. The small gym had just the right amount of equipment and the pool and jacuzzi open 24 hours. I highly recommend this hotel.

It wasn’t a horrible stay, it was rather good. But when a hotel says they will clean your room every other day, I expect that. They did not. I had to ask for this to be done. And then the toilet broke and then backed up. It was fixed same day I called though, so yay for that. Very clean hotel otherwise and the people were nice. I’d use them again.

Wow! Great service at the Hotel. There was a problem with Hotels.com. The date of check in was changed and confirmed with the hotel but they had no record of the reservation at the hotel. Nancy and Daniel did their best to resolve the issue but Christina was called in to take care of it. (New software system) The hotel employees were very accommodating. We were given a free drink at the nearby bar. Adam the bartender was fantastic! We stayed and ordered a meal. Again. Fantastic! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I don't think I have had more friendly service anywhere!! Thank you Nancy and Daniel, for doing all you could to resolve the issue. And thank you Christina for getting it done! Great price for long term parking and free shuttle service to the airport. Shuttle service was on time, 4am, and professional. I give this hotel a 10+ and will not hesitate to stay here again!
