Metro Tempe Extended Stay

Stayed her for a weekend baseball tournament because it was $50 cheaper a day, but after only about 2 mins of being on property I already regretted it and wished I payed the extra $100 to stay at a hotel. First off, walking into the property it smelled like smoke and marijuana. When we got into the room and turned on the lights they began to flicker and also had broken light cover, turned on the AC and had a dirty smell. We also found a dirty pair of kids pants next to the night stand. I did not feel comfortable letting my 1 year old daughter down. That’s not the only thing when I went to make my daughter a bottle and was heating up water a roach came out on the counter and ran across. When I let them know via text they responded with “This is noted and we will also have this forwarded over to management and checked in the morning”and“ Our apologies with regard to this. We can send out housekeeping in the morning to have this checked.” No one followed up with the matter and dirty pants were still left and light continued to flicker. Luckily we spent all our time at the ballpark and my husband convinced me that we were only there to sleep and to suck it up, if not I would have left! Do not stay here unless you like the smell of covered up smoke and marijuana or if want a pair of free kids jeans because they are still there!

Was a decent property. Not the cleanest I’ve been in. But it wasn’t too expensive of a stay. I’d say your getting what your paying for. The room wasn’t the cleanest. Nor the stair way. But cool it had a kitchen but not a full kitchen.

It was convenient easy to set up, we experienced a roach a day and there was someone’s hair tie on the floor and hairs around the room that didn’t belong to us. The walls had black marks, couch was dirty and the refrigerator smelled of fish. The bed creaked, pillows weren’t comfortable and the person above us was walking across the floor at all hours of the night and early morning and their bed creaked as well. Price was ok.

Room size is nice and ex parking

It was easy check in and nice place! Only problem I had was that the place elevators and my room had this horrible smell to it l, that smelt like dead rats and roaches or something crazy! It was gross but outside of that, if recommend!

Dirty, old items left in drawers. One glass, no hairdryer even after requesting one. Desk is only staffed business hours, so you know what to expect.

I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay at this property in Tempe, they had serious bed bugs. I woke up with bed bug bites all over my arms and back. It was a terrible experience. The elevator smelled like crap. Overall it was a terrible experience.

I was at first happy with the stay until I fell on some liquid in the lobby and it was never even discussed with me and I fell right at the front desk with the receptionist sitting there. There was never a report written, no one never asked was I ok or even checked on me. No MGMT not even the young lady that watched me fall and got up and put a wet floor sign down. There was other guest in the lobby. But I ended up getting up on my own. So for this I would not recommend them. And when I left they still did not have any flooring to prevent falls. So be careful cause they don't care.
