Breakfast not fresh and has only 3 choices we don't eat pork, we ask if any meat choice Management shrugged our complains and we had to eat outside the hotel. Hotel room carpet disgusting. Third bed on the sofa broken.

The carpet of public space is dirty, the breakfast is poor.

We found cockroaches in our room twice. Had to ask for trash removal and fresh towels several times. Dishwasher smelled awful. Key cards had to be reset every other day. TV had multiple issues. Room above us leaked into our bathroom.

It was nice for the price. Clean beds, no bugs, comfortable big rooms.

Second stay, nothing unique compared to say extended stay america, but was a good stay overall. Last night the front desk had no additional towels though, so that sucked, had to call to get the desk clerk to come out, despite trying tog et there attention from the lobby. Not in a rude way, but I could hear the phone ringing, and they were like 20 feet away in managers office. The fridge in the room ABSOLUTELY needs maintenance, it makes an unbearable loud noise when running, clearly no intended, and the only suggestion was to, and I quote "Just unplug it." This was irksome, as I did have perishables that needed preserving, so I had to unplug it each night, and plug it back in to keep the items chilled. Advertises netflix, but have to use own account, not awful, just annoying with no HBO or similar service. I would still recommend that hotel, particularly if you prefer to prepare ones own food.

Unprofessional staff and a disappointing experience. I arrived around 11:30 PM after a long day of travel, only to be told that the King Suite I had reserved — their largest room — was no longer available and that I’d be downgraded to a studio. The receptionist's solution? She said she could offer me a second room for free, but only if I had another guest. It was just me and my service dog, so that offer made no sense. I calmly asked if they were offering a discount for the downgrade — a completely reasonable question. That’s when things went sideways. The receptionist became combative, rude, and completely unprofessional. She repeated several times that I was being recorded, which I was happy about. Hopeful they would see her horrific behavior. After being harassed over and over I decided to cancel my 5-night stay and leave. I’ve never experienced a front desk interaction this hostile, especially over such a simple, polite inquiry. I won’t be returning, and I’d caution others to think twice before booking.

The room was a great size for our family but would not recommend. The carpets were dirty; didn't look vacuumed in days, shampoo was not stocked, only left 2 towels for the max 6 guests we had and there seemed to be a lot of questionable activity going on. We would not recommend for families with kids.

The fact no one cleans your room daily, however didn’t know they did this every 3 days, but it’s cool, we had a great visit!!
