Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites Campbell

I was home visiting friends, and Larkspur Landing would be a convenient location to everything. I remember when this place was built, always thought it looked like a very nice place to stay. Everybody who works there is nice, friendly and helpful, and I have only good things to say about them. However, it is clear that no updates, upgrades or remodels have been done since this hotel was first opened. Everything is dated, old and looks very used. Signs of repair, especially in the bathroom. Broken curtain rods, valances, stove knobs and kitchen cabinets. I was very disappointed. Perhaps the owners are struggling and not able to do the needed work. I am afraid I will not be using this place in any future visits.

Look, you get what you pay for The bed is comfy, the staff are lovely, I wouldn’t stay again, but thats just my personal preference But in this area, and this price, its fine

Arrived to check in only to be advised there had been some kind of property damage and my room was no longer available and that I should have been contacted by Expedia about a new room. I was contacted by email after 5:00pm and asked to contact them and I didn’t even see the email until the following morning. Poor and untimely communication.

We left the hotel shortly after we checked in. The first room we had smelled like cigarettes. We asked to change to a different room

The property is nice and it just needs to be renovated and the water pipes to be cleaned up.

Eggs looked unappetizing. They were sitting in water bacon wasn’t good other food options were fine

The front desk people are very cheerful and helpful!

There was no attendant when we arrived at 4:30pm, waited 15 minutes, not very friendly. Room was in bad shape, broken drapes, broken door, AC did not work and the fridge was super loud (last legs) condiments and coffee not set up in the room. The nicest person was one of the staff I did not get his name and the lady in charge of breakfast Saturday-though they cleaned up early.

Refused paid for room, gave my booked confirmed room away stated had to move hotels. eventually gave me lesser room with no amenities or included breakfast. Was stated that room would be comp'ed and not charged but Expedia owes me refund!
