Clean, updated especially at that price point

The parking lot lights are so bright and donโ€™t turn off until around midnight. Although there is a double-shade to block it, it doesnโ€™t cover the entire window which lets a TON of light inโ€ฆ itโ€™s like trying to sleep in the afternoon
