Convenient location. Free shuttle to ski base area at Steamboat Springs. Courteous and Friendly. PIERO was an excellent shuttle driver, helped us load and unload our skis and was prompt in response to requests for shuttle.

Robert at the front desk was extremely helpful and personable and the made the whole experience better. As well as the rest of the staff!

Went on a ski club trip and initially wasn't thrilled to be staying so far from the mountain but wow, this place really nailed it. Hotel staff were the friendliest I've ever encountered and the shuttle driver Piero went above and beyond, so helpful! The city bus after hours was conveniently located too.

It was pricey but it snowed that weekend so it was expected. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and looked modern, the bed was very comfortable. They have outdoor and indoor pools!

Super convenient location with clean updated rooms. Staff are all really friendly. So easy to get to and from the ski gondola with private on call shuttle.

We ended up at the Steamboat Holiday Inn because of a cancelled flight and used our IHG points to stay. Showed up in the morning with a family of four and lots of bags and ski stuff. Chris at the front desk was incredibly helpful. Stored our bags, got us early check in, and generally made us feel welcome. All of the staff were great in general during our stay. The shuttle to the mountain is great and you can get free bus rides from there into town. Rooms were clean and spacious. The restaurant Harrigan's located at the hotel wasn't the best and breakfast service was really slow but at least they have a food on location. I would stay here again when I was in Steamboat including to ski the mountain.

The staff at this hotel are always kind and overly helpful. We’ve returned 6 years in a row because of them. They’ve gone out of their way time and time again to make our stay great & to be super helpful. Everything is clean, the rooms are newer and nice and the shuttle to the mountain is clutch. Tammy and Robert stand out as all stars staff!

Great hotel with friendly staff. Have stayed before and will stay again. Shuttle to ski area invaluable. On the main bus route so downtown easily accessible.
