There was no continental breakfast as expected.\n And the location was fine.

They could have had a con little breakfast for one thing and I didn't think I would have to pay for parking in thereblock. Their shower wasn't as clean as I would have liked to have seen it around the base.

Great location, price, friendly personnel, loved the restaurant which had daily specials and happy hour with a 10% discount, cleanliness, outdoor and indoor pools, 2 hot tubs, and comfortable rooms.

We had to pay a parking fee

Our room was on the second floor and we appreciated having an elevator and a room fairly close to the elevator, The staff was very helpful in giving us suggestions for places to eat. They were very responsive to our request for additional coffee cups and pods.

The room was very small, with no place to put suitcases. The bathroom was very small. The Keurig coffee maker was difficult to use. The $10 per night parking fee was not explained when we made our online reservation.

The staff was great. Everybody’s been amazing. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re coming to the beautiful town of steamboat

Our room had no heat, and the front desk was not helpful. When we checked out, we did get a $10 refund for no heat. In the restaurant, the host was also the server for both dinner and breakfast, so service was slow. The food was tasty, once served. For breakfast, it took 2 requests to get jelly. We requested a second cup of coffee but never got. Understaffed!
