I booked a room at your hotel, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Every room I was first shown had a terrible cigarette smell. Only the third room offered was one where it was actually possible to breathe comfortably. Unfortunately, my room was located near the reception area, and it was incredibly noisy throughout the night — constant shouting, banging, and disturbances. I could not tolerate it anymore and ended up leaving the hotel at 3 AM. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience.
